The wind telling of the season's end blows
In a cruel world, moving towards a shining paradise
O Holy Sword, even when you are handled, is there not one who has power over you?
Unable to love or be loved I keep running
Turn your stance to an invisible tomorrow, passing even the sparkle of the past
Unable to love or be loved I keep running
In a distant sea my memory is floating as if it is a mirage |
(Translator's Notes)
1 - I translated the lyric "hitotsu kizutsukerarenakute" that way because the legend goes that no body could remove the sword. You can't hurt a sword anyway... I had trouble with "mizu mo sasenaide" since saseru means to force (to do). So that's the best I could.
2 - I've looked high and low for what "dou ka" means, and that's as close as I could get to the meaning.
1 - This was directed to me on a Japanese page by LmA. It's the mumbling Daishi does on the guide disk/Trip to the Arcadia versions of the song.
